🏈🔥 It’s GAME TIME! 🔥🏈
Make plans to be at Scott Field tonight at 6:00 for the showdown between our UNDEFEATED EAGLES and the undefeated team from JA Fair!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please review the UPDATED Procedures for Game Attendance below:

***To clarify, THESE PROCEDURES ALSO APPLY TO MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC EVENTS.***
***Additionally, middle school students must be accompanied by an adult (21 years or older with a valid ID) in order to attend athletic events.***

Please review and share the following updated procedures regarding attendance at LRSD athletic events:

Student Admission

LRSD high school students attending their home school’s game must present both an LRSD Student ID and a ticket for entry.
Students from other K–12 schools (inside or outside LRSD, including elementary, middle, and high school) must be accompanied by an adult (21 years or older with valid ID).
No refunds will be issued for minors attempting to enter without an adult.
Game Entry Guidelines

No entry will be permitted after halftime.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Ticket sales will close at 4:00 PM on game day. This allows security and police staffing to be properly adjusted for crowd size and safety.
Clear Bag Policy
All attendees must follow the LRSD clear bag policy. This policy is designed to increase safety and speed up the entry process.

One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12".
One clear, one-gallon plastic freezer bag (Ziploc-style).
One small clutch (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") for personal items.
Medically necessary items will be permitted after proper inspection.
Phones, cameras, and binoculars may be carried outside of a bag or case.

Dear Forest Heights Families,
We hope your child has had a great start to the year!. We want to remind you that students are expected to arrive at school on time, with the school day starting promptly at 7:40 AM. If they arrive after that time, they will need to sign in at the office, and elementary students must be signed in by a parent.
We have noticed that students have been arriving late to school. Regular punctuality is very important as it helps your child start the day smoothly and not miss important lessons.
Please make every effort to ensure your child arrives by 7:40 AM moving forward. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us provide the best learning environment for all students. Also, please avoid checking out your student early unless it is for a medical appointment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Big surprise at FHSA today! 🎉 Mr. Scarborough, executive director of the Martin Luther King Jr. Commission, brought guest visitor Romeo Miller to our campus. They stopped by several classes, took photos with students and staff, and even recorded a special video for a student’s mom—his biggest fan! This was Romeo’s second visit to FHSA, and our students and staff loved every minute. We are so grateful to Mr. Scarborough and the MLK Commission for bringing these amazing experiences to our school!
