🦅 Welcome Home, Mrs. Meabon! 🦅
If you stopped by the building today, we hope you enjoyed the warm welcome of a familiar and much-loved face!
For those who missed her, FHSA is beyond excited to share some wonderful news: Mrs. Meabon is back in the nest!
Mrs. Meabon was a true staple of our front office for many years before she decided to retire and enjoy more time with her family. Luckily for all of us, she missed her Eagle family just as much as we missed her — and today she officially rejoined us!
We couldn’t be happier to have her warm smile, kind heart, and familiar presence back where she belongs. Welcome home, Mrs. Meabon — the Eagles are so glad you’re here! 💚💛

🧪🔬 5th Grade Science Detectives at Work! 🔬🧪
Today our FHSA 5th graders became ingredient investigators! They explored the observable and measurable properties of everyday substances—especially the ones used in the kitchen.
Using their senses and science tools, students tested four mystery ingredients and identified each one by its unique properties (think texture, color, solubility, and more!).
Who knew cooking science could be this much fun? 🍳
