I just want to keep everyone informed and provide a heads-up regarding potential delays with school-to-home transportation this afternoon due to athletics.

Some buses may arrive at their assigned schools later than normal. We anticipate that all affected buses will arrive at the schools no later than 4:30 PM to begin their school-to-home routes.

I wanted to communicate this in advance, so everyone is aware of the potential delay. I will provide real-time updates if anything changes or if we experience any additional delays.

Didn’t get a ticket? Tickets will be available for purchase at the door for $5.

Dress is casual, but all students must follow the LRSD dress code.

🍋🏖️ Building Big Dreams in Kindergarten! 🏖️🍋

Our FHSA Kindergarteners just kicked off their very first building project… and the creativity is already off the charts!

Some of our little architects decided a lemonade stand is the perfect way to beat the heat (and serve up smiles).

Others are hard at work designing a shady beach shelter so everyone can stay cool under the sun.

We’re so proud of these tiny builders and can’t wait to see their finished masterpieces.

Huge congrats to our 4th-5th grade girls volleyball team on a fantastic win over Roberts today!!

They took it in straight sets: 15-11, 15-13 and are undefeated!💪

Also a big shout out for our 8th grade girls who remain undefeated, and our 7th grade team that’s only lost one match this season!

Thank you for helping our students arrive on time! Tardies were significantly lower today. Remember, K–4 students must have a parent sign them in when arriving late.

Exciting News! Forest Heights was recognized for increasing our letter grade by 49 points! We maintained our B and outscored all LRSD middle schools. We are only 15 points away from an A, our goal for this year!
