
Morning Reminder
Please note that the morning bell rings at 7:35 AM, and students are considered tardy if they arrive after 7:40 AM. If your student is dropped off after 7:40 AM, a parent or guardian must come in to sign them in. Only students in 5th grade and above are permitted to sign themselves and their siblings in during the mornings.
Forgotten Items
Any items that are forgotten at home should be brought to school during lunchtime. If the item is needed after school, it can be delivered at that time.

6th Grade: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM
1st & 2nd Grade: 11:35 AM - 12:00 PM

Get Ready for "Push for Change"!
We are thrilled to announce our school-wide fundraiser happening from Monday, March 17 to Thursday, March 20, 2025! Our ambitious goal is to raise $2,000 to support our exciting CultureFest on May 9, 2025!
To spark some friendly competition among grades and classes, we’re offering fantastic prizes based on performance:
3rd Place: One free dress day
2nd Place: Two free dress days
1st Place: Three free dress days (that’s nearly a week of free dress!)
School Goal Reward: If we reach our school goal of $2,000, we’ll celebrate with an ice cream social on the afternoon of Thursday, March 20th! Each student will get to enjoy delicious ice cream or a frozen non-dairy alternative, making it a sweet conclusion to our fundraiser.
Fundraising Details:
Students will collect as many coins and paper money as possible from Monday, March 17, 2025, at 7:05 am to Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Here’s how your contributions will be tallied:
Pennies: Positive (added to your class or grade's total)
Silver Coins: Setbacks (deducted from other classes or grades' totals)
Cash and Checks: King (added to your class or grade's total)
Let’s come together to make a difference, have fun, and reach our goal for CultureFest! Get ready to collect those coins and show your school spirit!

A Big Shout-Out to Our Middle School Men's Club!
Today, our Middle School Men's Club made an impact by volunteering at the Arkansas Foodbank. They worked together to prepare an impressive total of 2,570 food bags for kids in Arkansas. Their hard work and commitment to helping others is truly commendable!

FHSA is thrilled to extend a heartfelt congratulations to our very own Dr. Belt! This past Friday, during a special promotion ceremony, Dr. Belt achieved a remarkable milestone by being promoted from Captain to the rank of Major in the United States Army. This prestigious honor is a testament to his dedication and hard work, and we are incredibly proud of his accomplishments.

This week at FHSA...


The 2024-25 FHSA Eagles on the Run Team finished the final mile of their 26.2 mile marathon at the statehouse Convention Center on March 1st. Thanks to both Ms. Perkins and their families, these students have been training since September for their big day! We are so proud of them all!
Also, thank you to teachers who participated in marathon weekend: Ms. Turner, Mrs. Vaughn, Mr. Olson, and Mrs. Reesceno, as well as Ms. Thacker for organizing this. FHSA is so lucky to have such a wonderful team of students, parents, and staff!



Reminder- Family Literacy and Math night is tonight in the cafeteria from 5:30-7:00. Concessions will be $2 an item. Concessions are cash only.
